Quantity Surveyor

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Location: Shah Alam

Job Details:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BQ) for construction projects.
Evaluate tender documents, analyse quotations, and assist in tender preparation and award recommendations.
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and variations to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets.
Prepare interim progress claims, final accounts, and variation orders.
Conduct site measurements and valuation of work done.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams on cost and contractual matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years in the construction industry / electrical engineering
