Project Manager / Site Agent

Below is the description of Project Manager/Site Agent:

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 10 years work experience with at least 5 years in the managerial level
Able to prepare Project Implementation Plan and Project Quality Plan and to ensure all works are carried out in accordance to plans
Familiar with all construction drawings and attentive to amendments to avoid mistakes in work done
Leadership skills in order to lead project team and to manage all site activities till timely handover of the project
Excellent communication skills and able to build good rapport with all related levels
Familiar with CONQUAS and QLASSIC grading procedures and requirements and able to adhere to good quality requirements to achieve good quality standards
Conversant with safety standards and practices to ensure subordinates abide to safety requirements

Salary range: RM 5000 – RM 7000 per month.
